Not so long ago, Polyscope was offering a unique product range in a medium 65.000 to 180.000 molecular weight range, but as Polyscope rapidly expanded their business, customers asked Polyscope to develop lower and higher molecular weight products. These products were not only meant to serve as an alternative for already long established grades in the market but also simultaneously to overcome some off the disadvantages of these products.

Polyscope offers these special molecular weight XIRAN products in granule or powder form, or hydrolyzed in various media as well as solvents.

Wide range of applications
End applications which typically use these products are: pigment dispersions, solvent born inks, paints, latex gloves (as dispersant for flame retardant), antioxidants in emulsion polymerization processes, carpet treatment, leather treatments, floor polish formulations, wax emulsions (a.o. for carton and gypsum boards), overprint varnishes, inks, powder coatings, paper applications, glass binding, glass sizing, printed circuit board (PCB) applications,  dispersing aid for carbon nano tubes,  hydrolytically stable polyanhydride curing agent for epoxy resins, reactive polymeric surfactant to make pigment dispersions for colored concrete and can coatings.
