Mr. Uwe Wascher, Chairman
Specialized in mergers and acquisitions consultancy and start-up advice in Speciality Chemicals and Plastics fields. Longstanding career with General Electric (GE). Last position: Sr. Managing Director GE Plastics Europe. Degree in Chemical Engineering and Plastics Technology. Master of Polymer Science equivalence degree. Owner of several patents.

Mr. Jurgen Bresser
Entrepreneur: established a temporary employment group, which he sold in 1996. Built up an investment company, specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Large number of private equity transactions, several financial partners in different sectors.

Mr. Francis Vanderhoydonck
President and Managing Director of Lernout & Hauspie Investment Company since 1998. Employed at the Generale Bank form 1986 to1998, head of Corporate and Investment Banking. Director of option NV. MBA and Master of Law and Economic Sciences.

Mr. Robert de Visser
Owner of consulting practice in the chemical, life sciences and processing industries. Technology broker, investment advisor and scout for equity advisors,acquisition candidates and business partners. Employed at DSM from 1970 to 1998 as Group Leader R&D, last position President of the Elastomers and Fibres Division. MSc Chemical Engineering and Executive MBA.
