Waterbased applications

Styrene Maleic Anhydride copolymers can be hydrolyzed in relatively simple processes, and are used in for instance the leather, coatings, paints, ink, binder, and adhesives industries. This hydrolyzation enables SMA to be used as a polymer solution and/or polymer dispersion.

Polymer coatings containing SMA are versatile and can be modified to the specific end-uses.
